One egg

4 tbsp cider vinegar

1/2-tsp salt

Spike or other seasoning to taste


Add the above ingredients to your blender. Slowly dribble 3/4-cup coconut oil and 1/4-cup extra virgin olive oil. Blend until smooth. And add to the mayonnaise. Your thick, creamy and sumptuous salad dressing is ready in a jiffy!
